The purpose of this Podcast, KORERO MAI – It’s OK to TALK… A safe, soulful, community-rooted space where stories heal, voices rise, and talking becomes a pathway to wellbeing. To create a welcoming, trauma-informed, culturally grounded space where mental health korero is normalised, stories are honored, and community members feel empowered to seek support, share their journeys, and rise into their own well-being. Today we talk about our own journey with Mental Health and share some helpful tools that support us to get through challenging times. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, have a listen, a sing song, a kanikani, listen in, know you are not alone. It’s OK to TALK. We welcome anyone who would be open to joining in the show, sharing your own stories, that will uplift and inspire others, help to know that there is a way, when it seems impossible. There is hope, there is help, services, people ready and willing to support you and your whanau. NAU MAI
