To create a welcoming, trauma-informed, culturally grounded space where mental health korero is normalised, stories are honored, and community members feel empowered to seek support, share their journeys, and rise into their own well-being. Today we talk about our own journey with Mental Health and share some helpful tools that support us to get through challenging times. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, have a listen, a sing song, a kanikani, listen in, know you are not alone. It’s OK to TALK.
